By using Tally, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
What Tally Is
Tally is a free, privacy-first visit counter. You add one line of code → we count real unique visits → you see the number. That’s it.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide your real domain
- Use Tally legally and ethically
- Not abuse the service or attempt to break it
- Not use Tally on sites with illegal or harmful content
- Not try to reverse-engineer or deanonymize data
Prohibited Use
Do not use Tally for:
- Spam, phishing, or fraud
- DDoS or excessive automated requests
- Tracking sensitive personal information
- Any illegal activity
Availability & Accuracy
We aim for maximum uptime but don’t guarantee 100%. Counts are extremely accurate but may be affected by ad blockers or network issues.
Ownership
Tally’s code, design, and brand are owned by Elias Debelo Gesi. Your visit data belongs to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access instantly if these terms are violated.
Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
